Grupo Pérez y Cía. closed the 2025 financial year with historic results, after achieving an aggregated revenue of 683 million euros. EBITDA stood at 84 million euros and net profit at 42 million euros, figures that confirm the growth trajectory of the maritime-logistics conglomerate.

The Group maintains a solid and debt-free capital structure, supported by stable cash generation and continuous backing from its financial entities. This financial position provides flexibility to pursue new growth opportunities both organic and inorganic.

During the year, the Group completed the integration of EUCONSA, acquired in the previous financial year, and carried out the acquisition and integration of the logistics units of Martico Reefer Solutions and Reyser Santander. These operations have allowed for an expansion of the service portfolio, strengthening operational capabilities and consolidating the company's international presence. Currently, the Group operates in 37 countries and has a team of more than 2,500 professionals.

Gonzalo Pérez-Maura, CEO of Pérez y Cía. Group, stated: «2025 has been a key year in the transformation of the Group. The new acquisitions have allowed us to gain scale, reinforce our international presence, and offer a more complete and competitive logistics proposal. In 2026, we will focus on consolidating the new structure of the Group and continue growing with financial discipline and a long-term vision.»

Pérez y Cía., the maritime division of the Group, continues to consolidate its leadership in maritime agency and port services, with a strong presence in the Iberian Peninsula and a wide international network. In 2025, nearly 9,000 port calls were managed, reinforcing its growth and positioning in specialized segments. In the cruise segment, the division managed more than 1,400 port calls and served 4 million cruise passengers, including over 450 calls at its own terminals. In the Project Cargo segment, nearly 195,000 m³ were moved, and 130 vessels were chartered for industrial and offshore operations of high complexity.

Britoil Offshore Services, for its part, strengthened its positioning with 69 vessels in operation after incorporating 12 new units: six acquisitions that entered service in 2025 and six new constructions, with an option for two additional vessels planned for 2027. The division maintains a presence in strategic markets such as the Arabian Gulf, Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean, West Africa, and the North Sea.

Within the maritime area, Caribbean Feeder Services (CFS) consolidated its role as a key operator in maritime services in the Caribbean and Central America, with 12 vessels in operation, a total capacity of 13,800 TEUs, and an approximate annual volume of 420,000 TEUs.

In the port towing business, Remolques Unidos (RUSA) successfully completed the integration of Reyser Santander, which expanded its operational capacity in northern Spain and generated new commercial synergies. In a context of strong global demand and rising construction costs for new vessels, RUSA has anticipated strategic investments and maintains a modern, efficient, and sustainable fleet with a relatively low average age.

The 2025 financial year was also marked by the launch of Martico Group as the Group's global platform for freight forwarding and logistics services, integrating companies such as MPG and Martico Reefer Solutions, among others. The new brand offers strong specialization in refrigerated cargo and perishable products, as well as capabilities in the import and export of dry cargo. Its offering encompasses maritime, air, and land transportation, along with value-added services such as customs, warehousing, consolidation, and road transportation.

In the container depot area, the Depot Container Services division completed the integration of EUCONSA, expanding national coverage in solutions for chemical washing and tank container management. Additionally, new facilities were launched in Riba-roja, which are now fully operational offering washing and container deposit services in Valencia. Furthermore, Barcelona Container Depot renewed its machinery fleet, improving operational efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of its facilities located in the Port of Barcelona.

In terms of sustainability, the Group maintained its adherence to the United Nations Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals during 2025. The company continued to support the communities in which it operates through social and sports initiatives, such as sponsoring the Spanish team of SailGP, Getxo Hockey, and the III Championship of Spain Hockey Plus, as well as collaborations with organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Project Prójimo Próximo, and support for Mercy Ships. In the environmental aspect, RUSA continues to work on reducing emissions by incorporating Tier III engines and select catalytic reduction systems, which allow for a reduction in NOx emissions between 90% and 95%, anticipating increasingly stringent regulatory requirements from major international ports.
