Thedelegate of the Government of Ceutahas announced, in recent hours, the opening of a space of 18,000 square meters in the port area of the city, with the aim of strengthening the connection between thePort of Ceutaand the urban nucleus.
The action includes the demolition of the last pending chalet in the area, allowing the land to be released for its new use. This space will be allocated for the creation of a green area, an access road, and for the provision of land prepared for the installation of companies, mainly of a technological nature, thus promoting economic activity and the urban integration of the port with the city.
This initiative is part of the urban and economic development plans of Ceuta, which aim to optimize the use of port space and attract strategic investments that contribute to the technological and business growth of the region.
