Moeve has closed the 2025 fiscal year with an adjusted CCS EBITDA of 1.685 billion euros, maintaining a solid financial and operational performance despite a complex global environment. The company recorded an adjusted net profit of 686 million euros and an operational cash flow of 1.514 billion, consolidating its cash conversion capacity. Investments for the year amounted to 1.151 billion euros, of which 55% was allocated to energy transition projects, primarily in Spain, including the construction of the second-generation biofuels plant in Huelva, which is already over 50% completed and will produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel (HVO).
The company has also taken a strategic step in its transformation with the approval of the first phase of the Andalusian Green Hydrogen Valley. The project, with a total investment of over 1 billion euros, will include associated infrastructure and a self-consumption photovoltaic plant, and will have a capacity of 300 MW, the largest in southern Europe, with potential for expansion to 400 MW. The initiative involves the participation of minority partners Masdar and Enalter, under the majority management of Enagás Renovable, and strengthens Moeve's strategy, called 'Positive Motion', to become a European reference in the production of green molecules. In parallel, Moeve and Galp have announced a non-binding agreement to explore the possible integration of their downstream businesses, aiming to create two leading platforms in energy and mobility in Europe, enhancing competitiveness and decarbonization of the sector.
