The Chamber of Commerce of the Campo de Gibraltar has announced the opening of new free training actions aimed at improving employability and strengthening business competitiveness in the region. This new program is structured in itineraries that combine technical training in traditional industrial sectors with the learning of cutting-edge technological tools, and it is targeted both at unemployed individuals and at active entrepreneurs and professionals.
As part of the Talent 45+ program, aimed at favoring the labor insertion of people between 45 and 60 years old, the Chamber will launch a collaboration with MEISA to provide the Industrial Installer Level 1 course. This initiative is linked to the project that the company develops at its headquarters in Los Barrios and aims to strengthen professional training and generate specialized employment in the region. With this action, the goal is to promote the professional recycling of this group, connecting their previous experience with the real technical vacancies demanded by the local industry and facilitating their return to the labor market in a sector with a high capacity for hiring in the Bay area.
Likewise, through the Spain Entrepreneur program, the Chamber expands its catalog with three free training proposals focused on digital transformation and optimization of business processes. Among them are a 3D Printing Technology course, focused on additive manufacturing and its applications in design and industrial production; another on Artificial Intelligence applied to Business Management, aimed at improving decision-making through the use of advanced tools; and a program on Community Management and Storytelling, aimed at the professional management of social media and digital communication strategies. These actions, with a duration of 90 hours, will be offered in face-to-face or mixed modalities to facilitate access to training.
