Total Logistic will participate in Navalia 2026, the International Fair of the Naval Industry in Vigo, aiming to present its logistics services to the naval sector and hold professional meetings with shipyards, engineering firms, industrial suppliers, and operators linked to the maritime supply chain. The event will take place from May 19 to 21, 2026, at the IFEVI fairgrounds in Vigo, according to the official technical file of Navalia. The organization identifies this edition as the tenth call of a professional and international event focused on shipbuilding and the maritime industry.

The company will attend the event with a proposal focused on project logistics, an area particularly relevant for the naval industry due to the volume, weight, value, and technical complexity of numerous components. In this segment, coordination between manufacturers, freight forwarders, port operators, customs agents, and final recipients is crucial for ensuring that supplies reach the shipyard or the dock within the expected timeframes.

Total Logistic will focus its participation on three service lines: the management of critical parts and special-sized goods, customs coordination of international components, and comprehensive monitoring of operations from origin to destination. The company proposes these services as part of a logistics response tailored to naval projects where delays can impact construction, repair, maintenance, or transformation schedules of vessels.

Project logistics plays a central role in the activity of sectors such as naval, offshore, energy, and heavy industry. In the case of naval construction and repair, operations can include propulsion systems, electrical systems, auxiliary machinery, metal structures, large-sized components, urgent spare parts, or items manufactured under specific technical specifications. These movements require prior planning, route analysis, transport means selection, special permits, port coordination, and documentary control.

The company will also focus on customs synchronization, a relevant aspect in a naval supply chain with suppliers distributed across different countries. The management of documentation, tariff classifications, inspections, authorizations, and import or export procedures can influence the arrival of components at assembly points. In this context, early coordination of customs processes helps reduce incidents and organize the flow of goods toward shipyards and port areas.

Navalia will bring together companies linked to naval construction, the offshore industry, maritime services, associations, public institutions, and suppliers from the sector. ICEX defines the fair as a global event that accommodates sectors that are part of this industry, in addition to gathering institutional and governmental exhibitors related to the international relations of the sector.

The presence of logistics operators at this type of fair responds to the growing complexity of naval projects and the need to integrate logistics in the early planning stages. The construction of a ship or the execution of a major repair depend on tight schedules and supplies coming from multiple sources. The coordination of land, maritime, and air transport, along with port and customs management, thus becomes an operational part of the industrial project.

Total Logistic presents its attendance at Navalia as an opportunity to directly understand the needs of technical and operational management in the naval sector. The company seeks to hold meetings with professionals who plan to attend Vigo and discuss potential collaborations in special transport operations, project cargo, international transit, and delivery of components in port or industrial environments.

The 2026 edition comes after a 2024 call in which Navalia brought together more than 500 exhibitors and 1,000 represented brands, according to information published by the fair itself. The organization also indicates that the international participation of that edition recorded a 20% increase compared to 2022.

The technical program of Navalia 2026 will also feature more than 30 activities, including conferences, round tables, and presentations, organized in two main rooms, according to information released by the organization. These sessions will address issues related to innovation, defense, and sustainability, areas that also affect naval logistics due to the emergence of new technical, regulatory, and operational requirements.

In this scenario, Total Logistic will attend the fair with a proposal focused on managing complex operations and coordinating among the various agents participating in the supply chain. The company has set up the email projects@totallogistic.es to arrange meetings during the event in Vigo.
